Q. Are there any fees associated with using the SureForms service?
A. No, each form has simple advertisements placed on it to offset the cost of creation. You have the option of paying $49 to remove these ads from your form.

A. Absolutely not! If you’re curious how it works, go through the simple signup process for any of the types of forms and see for yourself how easily the system works.
Q. How much control do I get over my form?
A. After building your form, you will be able to login at any time to make changes to your form, distribute it and view results.

Q. I forgot my username and/or password but would like access to my control panel. How do I login?
A. You may use your password reminder tool any time to receive your login details. Simple type in your e-mail address and you will be sent this information.
Q. For Payment Forms, what costs are associated with each transaction?
A. Since payments are done directly through Paypal/Visa/Mastercard, there is in fact no charge from SureForms for any of your transactions. Paypal typically receives a percentage (between 2% and 4% of each transaction) depending on where you are and the volunte of transactions that you run. PayPal does not charge a monthly fee like many common payment processors do.
Q. For Payment Forms, how do I get my money?
A. Funds received through your transactions are deposited into your Paypal account. Paypal allows you to easily transfer money to your bank account from there at any time.
Q. How do I add a survey to my MySpace?
A. A MySpace profile or blog is one of the many places you can pass your form along to others. Simply add a link to your form using the unique address that is e-mailed to you immediately after creation.
