Once built, you have complete control over the formatting of your survey. You may change font and background colors and, optionally, use an identical design to your website using our advanced templating features.

Each survey has a unique address which you may distribute to those you wish to get feedback from; ie http://www.sureforms.net/mysurvey.form Using our e-mail tool, you may also send out an automatic email to those you would like feedback from. Contained in that email is a simple link that takes the person directly to your survey. Once the e-mail is sent, let SureForms do the rest! For webmasters, you may also add your survey to your website in one of three easy ways via a simple cut and paste:  a popup window  an iFrame that embeds seamlessly with your site  a hyperlink

Watch the results

By default, each time a survey is submitted the results will be e-mailed to you. They are also stored in your custom login area of the SureForms site so that you may login any time to view a running tally of responses. At any time you may optionally view a CSV-formatted Microsoft Excel file or XML data containing all replies received to date.

All SureForms features are free for all surveys with the support of a few simple advertisements. For $49 you have the option of upgrading to an advertisement-free setup.
